Members are notified that the AGM will be held on Tuesday 18th June 2013 at 7pm.

The venue is the Saughtonhall Community Association Hall, 22a Saughtonhall Avenue, Edinburgh.

The current constitution can be found under ‘Management Info’ on this website.

The current management committee will propose a new constitution, to precede an application to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator for FoRP to become a charitable organisation.  The proposed new constitution can be found under ‘Management Info’.

Proposed amendments or enquiries about the proposed constitution are requested prior to the meeting.

This proposed accounts for 2012/13 will be available under ‘Management Info’ prior to the meeting.

The launch of the new park table tennis table will provisionally 18th May 2013. (Time to be confirmed)

The SCA Fete will be on Sunday 16th June 2013 from 1-4pm, at the SCA community hall and rec .   (22 Saughtonhall Avenue, Edinburgh, EH12 5RN)

FoRP will be there!

The next FoRP Fun Day will be on Sunday 1 September 2013 from 1-4

FoRP are taking a stall at the Saughtonhall Community Association on 16th June and we are looking for photographs to display (and we also need photos for other publicity).
